1. Private Limited Company registration Process:

  • Step 1 : Application for DIN:
    Anyone who is proposed to be a Director of the company needs to have a DIN. We shall apply/register DIN on your behalf to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs India.
  • Step 2 : Acquire/ Register DSC:
    A licensed Certifying Authority (Like us) issues the digital signature. We have been granted a license to issue a digital signature certificate under Section 24 of the Indian IT-Act 2000.
  • Step 3 : Application for Name Reservation/ Approval:
    We shall apply for Name Approval with the ROC. A maximum of 6 Names can be provided for Name approval.
  • Step 4: Drafting of MOA & AOA, Filing & Uploading of Incorporation Forms:
    All of these Legal Documents to be prepared & uploaded by us. You need not worry about these.
  • Step 5 : Getting Incorporation Certificate:
    After the Registrar of Companies (ROC) is satisfied that all the formalities with respect to the incorporation has been complied, he will issue a Certificate of Incorporation as to formation of the Pvt. Ltd. which is the conclusive evidence of Registration of Pvt. Ltd. Company.
2. One Person Company Registration process:
To get your OPC registered by Ministry of Corporate Affairs India; You will need the help and support of a licensed company registration service provider like us.
  • Step 1 : Apply/ Register DIN, DSC:
    A licensed Certifying Authority (Like us) issues the digital signature. We have been granted a license to issue a digital signature certificate under Section 24 of the Indian IT-Act 2000. Anyone who is existing or a potential Director of the company needs to have a DIN. We shall apply/register DIN on your behalf to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs India.
  • Step 2 : Company name approval:
    A One Person Company must end with the word “OPC”. There’s an Affidavit to be filed from Subscriber (Non Acceptance of Public Deposit – Format to be provided by us). A minimum of three names for the proposed New One Person Company (OPC) Registration has to be decided in the order of Preference (The concerned ROC will sanction the Name on the basis of availability).
  • Step 3 : Submission of Final docs to RoC- Registrar of Companies:
    After the Registrar of Companies(ROC) is satisfied that all the formalities with respect to the incorporation has been complied, he will issue a Certificate of Incorporation as to formation of the OPC which is the conclusive evidence of One Person Company (OPC) Registration.
3. The Registration Process for the Partnership Firm:
  • Step 1 : Choose a Partnership Name.
  • Step 2 : Create a Partnership Deed.
  • Step 3 : How to Register Partnership deed in India:
    Partnerships in India are governed by the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.As per the Partnership Act, Registration of Partnership Firms is optional and is entirely at the discretion of the partners. However, it is advisable to register a Partnership Firm due to the added advantages. The procedure for Registration of Partnership Firms in India is fairly simple.
4. LLP Registration Process:
You will need the help and support of a licensed company registration service provider like us who can get your company registered by Ministry of Corporate Affairs India.
  • Step 1 : Application for DIN or DPIN:
    All designated partners of the proposed LLP shall obtain “Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN)”. You need to file eForm DIR-3 in order to obtain DIN or DPIN. In case you already have a DIN (Director Identification Number), the same can be used as a DPIN.
  • Step 2 : Acquire/ Register DSC:
    Acquire DSC -A licensed Certifying Authority (Like us) issues the digital signature. We have been granted a license to issue a digital signature certificate under Section 24 of the Indian IT-Act 2000.
  • Step 3 : Name Approval for the LLP Registration:
    The next step is to decide the name for the proposed LLP incorporation. Which we will apply on your behalf.
  • Step 4 : File LLP Agreements and Open a Current Bank Account:
    The next pertinent step is drafting of Limited Liability Partnership Agreement governing the mutual rights and duties among the partners and among the LLP and its partners.
  • Step 5 : Issued the Certificate of Incorporation which is the proof for the registration:
    After the Registrar is satisfied that all the formalities with respect to the incorporation has been complied, he will issue a Certificate of Incorporation as to formation of the LLP which is the conclusive evidence of formation of the LLP.
GST Registration - Eligibility, Process
GST is the biggest tax reform in India, tremendously improving ease of doing business and increasing the taxpayer base in India by bringing in millions of small businesses in India. Professional Tax Registration

Professional Tax is a tax levied on professions and trades in India. It is a state-level tax and has to be compulsorily paid by every member of staff employed in private companies. The owner of a business is responsible to deduct professional tax from the salaries of his employees and pay the amount so collected to the appropriate government department.
